Data Export

Export reports and invoices from AllMy Ledger to share with your accountant, tax preparer, or business partners.

Export Reports as PDF

  1. Open the report you want to export
  2. Set the date range and any filters
  3. Click Export → PDF
  4. Choose where to save the file

The PDF includes your company name, report title, date range, and all data. It's formatted for printing or emailing.

Common Reports to Export

  • Profit & Loss — income and expenses for a period
  • Balance Sheet — assets, liabilities, and equity at a point in time
  • General Ledger — complete transaction history by account
  • Trial Balance — account balances for verification

These four reports cover most accounting and tax needs.

Export Invoices

Export individual invoices as PDF to send to customers:

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Click Export PDF
  3. Save and email to your customer

Print

Any report or invoice can be printed directly with Ctrl+P. The print dialog also lets you save as PDF.

Sharing with Your Accountant

Most accountants prefer PDF reports. Export your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, then email or share via cloud storage. If they need the raw data, you can share a copy of your .aldb company file.
